Viewing A Supplier Part Number Record

To view an existing Supplier Part Number record:

1.      Find and open the required Supplier Part Number record.

You may view a list of - and open - Supplier Part Number records from:

• the main Supplier Part Numbers Finder; or

• the Supplier Part Numbers tab within the Product record; or

• the Part Numbers tab within the Supplier record.

2.      The Supplier Part Number record opens. For example:

The record shows the:

• Account - the account number of the Supplier. Click the Account hyperlink to open the Supplier record.

• Product - your Product code for the product. Click the Product hyperlink to open the product record.

• Supplier Product Ref - the name/reference the Supplier uses for the same product.

• Date Modified/Created - the date on which the record was created.
