Documents you have recently viewed are easily retrievable from the Recent Documents area, which displays the five documents you have most recently closed.
There are two ways of retrieving a recently-viewed document:
From the Home Tab - 'recent' area; or
From the File Menu.
If the document you require is listed in the recent section of the Home tab, click the document to open it in a new tab:
You may also retrieve recently-viewed documents using the File menu.
To do this, click File on the main menu, then select from the list of recently-viewed documents:
