Using A Signature Pad

Quantum VS provides support for Signature Pad devices. This enables the recording of 'proof of delivery' details - specifically, a customer signature - on goods collection following Sales Order Completion. The signature is saved against the order/Despatch Note for retrieval as required.

Once the Signature Pad has been installed and configured on the Quantum VS server, you - or another Quantum VS User - may use it to record a customer signature on a 'Collect Now' Sales Order for 'Fast Track' and/or 'Cash' sales. See Recording Signature Details On Sales Order Completion.
