Editing Saved Credit Review Letters

You may wish to edit saved Credit Review letters. There are two possible aspects to this:

• Editing the Mail Merge template document itself: Use the steps described in Creating A Credit Review Letter In Word to open, edit and save your document. The file will then need to be copied into an appropriate directory on the Quantum VS server.

• Editing the document's Name/Description/Path: If you wish to amend the document's Name, Description and/or Path in Quantum VS, open the Credit Review Letters control record (as described in step 1 of Adding The Credit Review Letter to Quantum VS), click Edit on the Toolbar - Sub Menu, then amend and save the record (see steps 3 and 4 of Adding The Credit Review Letter to Quantum VS).
