The Back Orders tab displays Back Order lines for the selected Product.
To view Back Order lines for a Product:
1. Find and open the Product record for the required Product. See Finding Products.
2. Select the Back Orders tab:
Back Order lines featuring the selected Product are listed. The following hyperlinks are available:
Account: click to view the Customer record for this Back Order line
On Order: click to view the Sales Order featuring this Back Order line
Supplier Account: click to view the Supplier record for this Back Order line
Purchase Order: click to view the Purchase Order featuring this Back Order line
If there is more than one page of Back Orders displayed: use the arrow keys to scroll forwards and backwards through the available pages.
To filter the Back Orders on display: click Advanced and uncheck (or re-check) the 'check box' fields as appropriate.
