Creating A Certificate Of Conformity Record

There is the option in Quantum VS to automatically print a Certificate of Conformity when the order's Despatch Note is printed. For each Certificate Of Conformity you intend to print you will need to create and save a Certificate Of Conformity record which holds the certificate's key, description and text.

To create a new Certificate Of Conformity record:

 

1.      Do one of the following:

 

A new Certificate Of Conformity record will open in a new tab:

2.      Record Certificate Of Conformity details in the various available fields, using the information below as guidance:

 

Field

Definition (* = mandatory field)

 

Certificate Key

 

Enter the key code for this certificate. Up to 20 alphanumeric characters are available.

 

Description

 

Enter the description for this certificate. Up to 50 alphanumeric characters are available.

 

Text

 

Enter the text for this certificate. Ten lines with 60 alphanumeric characters each are available.

 

 

3.      When you have completed the fields as required, select Save from the Toolbar - Sub Menu to save the new record.
