Customer By Product Tab: Viewing Product Sales By Customer

The Customer By Product tab lists customers who have purchased the selected Product, showing the Sales Order, quantity purchased, pricing details and more.

To view customers who have purchased this Product:

1.      Find and open the Product record for the required Product. See Finding Products.

2.      Select the Customer By Product tab:

Customers who have purchased the selected Product are listed, showing the Sales Order on which that product was purchased is displayed, along with the quantity (Last Quantity), date (Last Used), reference (their Ref), Nett Price, unit of measure, plus stock details. Click the:

• Customer hyperlink to view the Customer record in a separate tab.

• Sales Order hyperlink to view the selected Sales Order in a separate tab.

By default, all Customers who have purchased this product are displayed. However, you may find/filter results as follows:

• Use the arrow keys to scroll forwards and backwards through the pages if there is more than one page of Customers displayed.

• Use the Finder to list a specific customer: enter all or part of the customer name into the Search field, then click the 'magnifying glass' icon to the right to list only customers matching your search string. (Delete the search text then re-click the 'magnifying glass' icon to list all customers again.)

• To filter results by date, select a date range using the Date Range fields. Click Today to enter today's date.

• Use the Include fields to filter results by 'type'; e.g. uncheck the Exclude Cash Accounts field to include Cash Account customers.

• Use the Sequence field to re-sequence results.

• Click the Asc button to sort results in ascending or descending order.
