The General tab shows general details for a selected branch, including:
general contact details; and also
the branch stock hunting list. When stock is not available at the current branch, this list determines alternative branches to be checked for available stock.
To view a branch's General details:
1. Find and open the Branch record for the required branch. See Finding Branch Records.
2. The General tab is selected by default:

To edit any of the fields within the General tab, click Amend on the Toolbar - Sub Menu, edit the fields as necessary, then click Save on the Toolbar - Sub Menu to save the amended record.
