The Payment History tab gives a breakdown of the selected customer's payment history and also enables users to filter/search for specific payments (e.g. unpaid transactions).
To view a customer's payment history:
1. Find and open the Customer record for the required customer. See Finding Customers.
2. Click the Payment History tab:
Initially, all customer payments are shown. However, you may wish to filter transactions in order to view only Paid or Unpaid transactions - see Finding And Filtering Customer Payment History below.
The breakdown shows the date on which the document was created, the applicable year and period, the document type, number, amount and any discount, along with the status and a brief description.
Note: The information displayed in this tab is read-only - the data is transferred from Quantum Financials.
Various 'Finder' features enable you to filter the displayed payments, or find a specific item for the displayed customer:
If there is more than one page of payments displayed: use the arrow keys to scroll forwards and backwards through the available pages.
To filter the payment items displayed: click Advanced to display the filter fields, de-select certain Include... fields, then click the Search (magnifying glass) icon .
Note: To show all records again, re-select all filter fields, then click the Search (magnifying glass) icon .
