Sales Tab: Viewing Customer Sales History

The Sales tab enables you to view a breakdown of the selected customer's sales history over the past 24 months:

To view customer sales history:

1.      Find and open the Customer record for the required customer. See Finding Customers.

2.      Click the Sales tab:

The upper part of the screen displays sales for each month in the past two years in both tabular and chart form. You have the option of switching between a graphical view of Bar Chart and Line chart.

The figures at the bottom of the screen show year-to-date (YTD), month-to-date (MTD) and new month (NM) sales and margin figures, plus a summary of invoice values and sales for last year and two years ago.
