User Defined details recorded for a Purchase Order may (see note) be viewed in the:
Purchase Order: See Viewing Purchase Order User Defined Details From The Purchase Order
Finder: See Viewing Purchase Order User Defined Details In The Finder
Note: Options selected when Creating User Defined Fields will define which of the above are available and which fields will display. Data will only display in the available fields if User Defined data has been recorded. See Recording User Defined Details For A Purchase Order.
To view User Defined details for a Purchase Order:
1. Open the required Purchase Order. See Finding Purchase Orders.
2. Select the User Defined Fields tab within the Purchase Order:
Note: The User Defined Fields tab displays only after you have entered header details and tabbed through to the lines area.
The User Defined Fields tab displays all Purchase Order User Defined Fields, showing data recorded for the current Purchase Order.
Notes: (1) Only fields for which 'Show In User Defined Section' was selected when Creating User Defined Fields will display. (2) Fields display data only if it has been entered for the current Purchase Order. See Recording User Defined Details For A Purchase Order.
