User Defined details recorded for a Sales Order may (see note) be viewed in the:

Finder: See Viewing Sales Order User Defined Details In The Finder
Note: Options selected when Creating User Defined Fields will define which of the above are available and which fields will display. Data will only display in the available fields if User Defined data has been recorded. See Recording User Defined Details For A Sales Order.
To view User Defined details for a Sales Order:
1. Open the required Sales Order. See Finding Sales Orders.
2. Select the User Defined Fields tab within the Sales Order:
Note: The User Defined Fields tab displays only after you have entered header details and tabbed through to the lines area.
The User Defined Fields tab displays all Sales Order User Defined Fields, showing data recorded for the current Sales Order.
Notes: (1) Only fields for which 'Show In User Defined Section' was selected when Creating User Defined Fields will display. (2) Fields display data only if it has been entered for the current Sales Order. See Recording User Defined Details For A Sales Order.
User Defined details recorded for a Sales Order may display in the Finder.
