It possible to create terms and conditions texts which can be attached to various document types. You may select and attach header and/or footer text to sales orders, quotes, invoices and many other document types.
Terms and conditions texts must be created and edited in Terms and Conditions Maintenance. Once created they are accessible via the drop-down menus available when setting up and editing document types.
Note: Document types available for Terms and Conditions Maintenance are held in the Document Types (D) table file. If necessary you may create new document types by adding new values in the Document Types (D) table file using Table File Maintenance. You may then use Terms and Conditions Maintenance to associate saved texts with the new document types.
