Discount Matrix

 

A list of prices for specified Customer Class and Price Group/Product Group combinations in your Discount Matrix.

 

Monitor the pricing terms offered to your Customer Classes for your Price Groups and/or Product Groups within your Discount Matrix.

 

Internal Price List

 

A price list of products for use internally.

 

Create a price list which may be used by staff, perhaps in the event of a customer system crash, allowing orders to still be placed manually.

 

Special Prices

 

A list of all active Special Prices for a given range of products or customers.

 

Create a list of active Special Prices.

 

Statements

 

The Statements report is used to generate and print customer statements: a confirmation to your customers of what is owed by them at a particular point in time, including invoices, credit notes, cash, cancelled payments and journals that have occurred with a sales ledger customer account. When run, the report will generate a PDF document featuring pages of customer statements which can be printed and then issued to each customer. There is also the option to fax and/or email the customer their own statement.

 

Options include the ability to set the date for the included transactions; include reconciled as well as open transactions; focus on selected customer accounts; focus the report on certain Branches, and/or Account Types, and/or Customer Classes, and/or Areas, and/or Reps, and/or Market Types; and more.

 

Generate and print account statements for your customers.
