|
Extracts appropriate words from your Product, Customer and Supplier records and makes them accessible in the Finder, enabling users to locate Product, Customer and Supplier records using the Finder's Advanced Search facility.

|
Obtains balances from Quantum Financials for each Customer or Supplier account within the range specified and write the data back to Quantum VS.
|
|
|
Initialises the 10 available FIFO buckets across a specified range of Products for selected Branches. For each Product, the first bucket is populated with the current stock balance while the nine remaining FIFO Buckets are zeroised. This process must be run before activating the Product FIFO features within Quantum VS - see Products And FIFO Maintenance.

Removes logical locks on document files (e.g. Sales Orders, Quotes, Purchase Orders, etc) which have become locked due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a power cut or system crash.

|
Update Delegation And Permissions
|
Adds new print names, delegation messages and user permissions.
