Finding Credit Review Actions

When running a Credit Review, rather than submitting all Actions (e.g. customer account Status changes, Telephone calls, Credit Control letters) on a Credit Review straight away, you may wish to submit some Actions now and defer the submission of other Actions until later.

For example: you run a Credit Review which lists customers to whom a defined Credit Control letter will be sent. You may wish to generate the letter for some listed customers today, then close the Credit Review and generate the letter for other listed customers at a later time or date.

When you wish to do this you may select Credit Review Actions in the Finder, which will list your Credit Reviews and show any where there are remaining Actions to submit. See Displaying Credit Review Actions In The Finder.

You may then open the appropriate Credit Review from the Finder. See Opening A Credit Review From The Finder.

Note: Rather than using your mouse, it is possible to use your keyboard to activate the required record type in the Finder, browse records in the Finder, then open the record in a new tab or add it to an open document. See Using Keyboard Shortcuts With The Finder.
