Defining Vecta User Details

VECTA is a browser-based sales intelligence tool. If the user will be using VECTA in tandem with Quantum VS, you may use the Vecta tab in Quantum VS to enter the user's details for logging into VECTA:

Note: You will first need to create a new User record - or retrieve an existing User record and select Amend mode (see Editing User Records) - and enter details in the following tabs of the User record as necessary: GUI Fields, Quantum User Fields, IO Control Fields and Roles.

Enter the following:

• Account: The user's Vecta account number.

• Username: The user's 'User Name' used to log into VECTA.

• Password: The user's password used to log into VECTA.

Note: These account details must have first been set up for the user by the VECTA System Administrator.

When You Have Finished Entering Details In This Tab

Either:

• Save the record by clicking Save on the Toolbar - Sub Menu (note: you will be prevented from saving if any mandatory fields in the User record have not had details entered).

• Or: select one of the another available tabs to add additional User details.
