Note: Options selected when Creating User Defined Fields will define which of the above are available and which fields will display. Data will only display in the available fields if User Defined data has been recorded. See Recording User Defined Details For A Customer Part Number.
To view User Defined details for a Customer Part Number:

Note: Customer Part Number User Defined Fields are defined in User Defined Data Maintenance. See Creating User Defined Fields. Only fields for which the 'Show In User Defined Section' option was selected will display.

When a Product with a linked Customer Part Number has been added to a sales document (e.g. Sales Order) or purchasing document (e.g. Purchase Order), User Defined details recorded for this Customer Part Number may display in the Properties panel (Product area).
Notes: (1) Only fields for which 'Show In Properties Panel?' was selected when Creating User Defined Fields will display. (2) Fields display data only if it has been entered for the current Customer Part Number. See Recording User Defined Details For A Customer Part Number.
