The Customer Route Round Drops Finder lists customers which have been added to a Route Round 'delivery route', showing their position in the 'drop sequence' and other Route Round details. You may use the Finder hyperlinks to open Customer Route Round Drop Sequence Maintenance and add customers to a Route Round 'delivery route', reposition them in the sequence, and delete them from a sequence.
You may use the Finder to:
show details of your Customers and the Route Rounds they are subscribed to;
locate a specific Customer Route Round drop sequence; and
open a Customer Route Round drop sequence in order to edit the sequence or unsubscribe the customer.
Note: Rather than using your mouse, it is possible to use your keyboard to activate the required record type in the Finder, browse records in the Finder, then open the record in a new tab or add it to an open document. See Using Keyboard Shortcuts With The Finder.
To show Customer Route Round Drops in the Finder:
From the Home tab: under search, select Cust Route Round Drops.
Or: Use the search section in the Mega Menu to select Route Round Drop Seq.
Or: From the main menu: select Edit > Search, then select Cust Route Round Drops.
Or: In the Finder: click the 'down' arrow on the Search... button and select Cust Route Round Drops from the menu.
The Finder will display a list of Customers and the Route Rounds they are subscribed to. For example:
Click the Route or Round hyperlinks to open the Customer Route Round Drop Sequence the customer is subscribed to. For further details see Customer Route Round Drop Sequence Maintenance.
Note: You may change the sequence of records displayed - see Changing The Search Sequence.
If more than one page of records is displayed in the Finder you may click the blue arrow keys on the Finder Toolbar to scroll through pages of records and/or enter/select a page number. For example, entering 40 will show the 40th page of results. See Browsing Records in The Finder.
To open the required record from the Finder, either:
Click the Route or Round hyperlink of the record you wish to open.
Or: Right-click on the line of the record, then select the View... option.
The record will open in a new tab, showing the Customer Route Round Drop Sequence the customer is subscribed to. For further details see Customer Route Round Drop Sequence Maintenance.

You may wish to alter the sequence in which the records are displayed in the Finder. To do this:
1. Click Advanced on the Finder Toolbar.
2. The Search menu shows the current order in which records are displayed. To change the sequence, select an alternative option from the menu.
Customer Route Round Drop Sequences have the following Search options:
Route: Display Customer Route Round Drop Sequences (and search results) in Route order.
Account: Display Customer Route Round Drop Sequences (and search results) in Account order.
You may also change the sort order by selecting either A to Z or Z to A.
3. Click the search (magnifying glass) icon on the Finder toolbar. The records will be re-sequenced.
To find a specific record without having to browse through pages of records:
1. Type an appropriate search term into the search field on the Finder Toolbar.
The search term you enter should relate to the Search option selected - see above. For example, if the Search option is Route then enter all or part of the Route.
Note: You may click the down arrow within the Search field to view and select a recent search.
2. Click the search (magnifying glass) icon on the Finder toolbar.
The records will be re-sequenced in the Finder, with the nearest matching record displayed at the top.
You may use filters to control which records are displayed in the Finder. To filter Customer Route Round Drop Sequences:
1. Click Advanced on the Finder Toolbar.
2. By default, all Customer Route Round Drop Sequences are displayed in the results (i.e. all of the Active and Week Day fields are checked). To reduce the number of results you may uncheck the following fields:
Active:
All: Show Active and Inactive Customer Route Round Drop Sequences
Active: Show Active Customer Route Round Drop Sequences
Inactive: Show Inactive Customer Route Round Drop Sequences
Week Day:
All: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for all week days
Mon: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Monday
Tue: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Tuesday
Wed: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Wednesday
Thu: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Thursday
Fri: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Friday
Sat: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Saturday
Sun: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Sunday
Week Number:
All: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for all week numbers
Week 1: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 1
Week 2: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 2
Week 3: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 3
Week 4: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 4
Week 5: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 5
Week 6: Show Customer Route Round Drop Sequences for week 6
You must ensure that at least one filter from each category listed above is selected, otherwise no results will be returned. For example, to show ONLY Customer Route Round Drop Sequences with the 'Day Of Week' Monday:
Under Week Day, ensure only the Mon box is checked.
Ensure All or at least one Active and Week Number box is checked.
3. Click the search (magnifying glass) icon on the Finder toolbar.
The selected records will be displayed in the Finder.
Note: To list all records again: check the All field(s) then click the search (magnifying glass) icon on the Finder toolbar.
