Auto Create Back To Back For Specials
If this User Permission is enabled, the Create Back To Back PO? field is selected by default in the Add Special Product... window when adding a Special line to a Back-To-Back Sales Order (meaning a Purchase Order is created automatically for each required Supplier on Completion of the Back-To-Back Sales Order). See Back-To-Back Sales Ordering.
Auto Create Purchase Orders Default
If this User Permission is enabled, the Create Back To Back PO? field is selected by default in the Back Order Options window when defining Back Order options for a Product line on a Back-To-Back Sales Order (meaning one Purchase Order for each required Supplier is created automatically on Completion of the Back-To-Back Sales Order, with Sales Order lines being automatically allocated to the Purchase Order(s)). See Back-To-Back Sales Ordering.
Auto Create Purchase Orders Override Default
If this User Permission is enabled, the User has the option to deselect the Create Back To Back PO? field in the Back Order Options window when defining Back Order options for a Product line to a Back-To-Back Sales Order (meaning Purchase Orders are NOT created automatically on Completion of the Back-To-Back Sales Order; unallocated lines may potentially be allocated via the Back Order Manager). See Back-To-Back Sales Ordering.
Change Cost
If this User Permission is enabled, the User may adjust the Supplier's Cost Price for a product on a Back-To-Back Sales Order in the Back To Back Supplier Selection window.
Park Auto Created Purchase Orders Default
If this User Permission is enabled, the Park Back To Back PO? field is selected by default in the Back Order Options window when defining Back Order options for a Product line on a Back-To-Back Sales Order (meaning each Purchase Order created automatically on Completion of the Back-To-Back Sales Order is Parked automatically so that it can be reviewed before Completion). See Back-To-Back Sales Ordering.
Park Auto Created Purchase Orders Override Default
If this User Permission is enabled, the User has the option to deselect the Park Back To Back PO? field in the Back Order Options window when defining Back Order options for a Product line on a Back-To-Back Sales Order (meaning each Purchase Order created automatically on Completion of the Back-To-Back Sales Order is NOT Parked automatically). See Back-To-Back Sales Ordering.
Raise Purchase Order If Min Order Value Reached
If this User Permission is enabled, the Park Back To Back PO? setting is overridden and on Completion of a Back-To-Back Sales Order one Purchase Order for each required Supplier is created and Completed automatically, provided the Supplier's Minimum Order Value has been reached.
User Permissions are enabled or disabled for a User via the Role they have been assigned - see Creating Roles.
User Permissions may be switched on or off for the current session only by selecting Tools > User Permissions from the Toolbar - Main Menu to display the Edit User Session Permissions Window (requires supervisor permissions). Check the boxes to allow permissions to the relevant application functions, then click OK. The procedure is similar to that used when Creating Roles.
Note: Newly-created User Permissions are typically not set for a User when upgrading to a new release of Quantum VS.
