Process

Purpose

Bulk Bar Coded Products

Automatically checks the Bar Code Stock Take field on product records (Stock tab), providing the product has a valid EAN Code. This enables stock take quantities to be entered via a hand held Bar Code reader.

Import Scanned Stock Count Data

Imports the Stock Count data captured by hand held stock take scanning devices.

Print Despatch Note Labels

Prints a selected number of Address/header or Product labels for a selected range of Despatch Notes and/or Despatch Note lines. These may be attached to consignments or individual items being despatched.

Print Kanban Labels

Prints a selected number of Kanban Bar Code labels for a selected range of products, Customer accounts or Kanban Bar Codes. These labels may be attached to Kanban product bins to be scanned if a Kanban Maintenance system is being used.

Print Picking Note Labels

Prints a selected number of Address/header or Product labels for a selected range of Picking Notes and/or Picking Note lines. These may be attached to consignments or individual items being picked.

Print Product Barcode Labels

Prints a selected number of Bar Code labels for a selected product range.

Print Product Labels

Prints a selected number of Product labels for a selected product range. These product labels may be attached to the product or to its stock location, batch or bin. There are numerous options for selecting and filtering the products and Label Types which will be printed.

Terminate Stock Count Entry

Indicates to the server that the user has stopped entering product Stock Take counts, and makes those products available to sales documents again.

Weeks Cover Update

Calculates the number of weeks cover for all products, based on Issues To Date and Current Stock, and captures this value on the Stock Record.
