Products from the Luckins catalogue are stored in the Quantum VS Product Finder as Luckins Products. To display them in the Finder see Using The Product Finder To View Luckins Products.

A Luckins Product is associated with basic product and price information only. To fulfil a customer order for a Luckins Product it must first be converted into a standard Quantum VS Product. There are several simple ways of doing this:
A Luckins Product may be added to a Sales Order in the same way as a standard Product. When the line is added it is converted into a standard Quantum VS Product - the Product record and associated stock records are created automatically. See Adding A Luckins Product To A Sales Order.
You may use the Product Finder to list Luckins Products as well as standard Quantum VS Products. When viewing Luckins Products in the Finder, several options are available for converting them into a standard Product. See Converting Luckins Products Using The Products Finder.
Quantum VS Products are linked to a Luckins Product via the Luckins Code field in the Product record. This field may be used to link an existing Product record to a product in the Luckins catalogue. See Converting A Luckins Product Using The Product Record.
An additional procedure - Luckins Bulk Create, accessible from the Tools menu (Data Import option) in Quantum VS - enables the user to selectively import Luckins catalogue data into Quantum VS. The user may choose which products and fields to import from the Luckins database, with options to filter by Item Code, Brand and Supplier. When a Luckins Product has been converted it will display in the Product Finder as a standard Quantum VS Product. Default fields are populated based on data entered in your Default Luckins Product record (L-SPECIAL) and in the Luckins Distributors Database Module options selected/enabled in Optional Enhancements.
