File Maintenance

The File Maintenance module allows you to:

What Is The Difference Between The File Maintenance And System Administration Modules?

The File Maintenance module is used for records which are likely to require regular set-up and maintenance, including Customer, Supplier, Product, Price, Stock and User records.

 

By contrast, the System Administration module is used for setting up control records - such as your Sales Ledger - which can be set for a long-term basis, rather than having to be updated daily or weekly (such as, for example, your Customer records).
